Often, these cylinders must be equipped with a larger piston. The next larger piston oversize is also determined.

The selected oversize piston is accurately measured and the cylinder is drilled and honed accordingly. For this purpose, he receives his typical cross-cut polish.

We calculate the necessary piston play. We would be happy to drill and reshape as much as it is given by the customer.

It is possible to restore easily damaged cylinders within a very short time using a simple honing machine. In this case, small aluminum / piston deposits are removed on the track and the raceway is equipped with a new cross-cut.
