POWDER COATING/PLASTIC COATING
We have engine housings and other attachments professionally powder coated in Germany.
This coating is based on a very strong and resistant plastic layer. The advantage over varnishing is the impact strength and general resistance to almost all influences. So dirt no longer adheres to the coarse cast aluminum. The surface becomes so much smoother. Steel parts can, of course, also be coated.
Sealing surfaces and bearing seats, etc. are, of course, glued and NOT coated. Also motor housings are NOT coated in with.
The coating process takes place at up to 160 degrees. It is therefore absolutely necessary to ensure that rubber packings are replaced after coating if they have been attacked. We prefer to coat black or silver. Black works very well with chrome parts. Other shades can also be categorized. RAL tones preferably.
With a color fan according to RAL, the color selection is easy. In matte, silk gloss and high gloss, most tones can be coated.
