Engines revision

We will gladly revise your engine. To this end, the engine is externally analyzed in the first step and completely decomposed into its individual parts. The engine parts are now cleaned and inspected. Subsequently, a cost estimate can be created.

A motor concept is jointly developed and individually compiled at the desired motortuning. Subsequently, an exact estimate is made.

Only trained and trained employees dismantle and assemble the engine. Only really necessary parts are exchanged. A consultation with this takes place, of course, especially if unpredictable spare parts have to be exchanged.

Engine tuning / complete engines

Of course, we also offer complete engines. These are individually equipped with crankshaft, transmission, clutch, carburetor, ignition and exhaust, ....

We are happy to help with the assembly of the desired motor, but we also respond to your desires.

There are some engine concepts that have proven to be very mobile and durable lately.

As an example of a durable Strassentuning there is a Malossi sport cylinder with SIP Road exhaust and reinforced Cosa clutch for a PX 200.

For a Vespa PV / V50 / Pk it would be a 130 ccm Polini Alu with 24 carburetor, BGM clutch and SIP Road exhaust.

New or used engines can be used as basic motors. We are mainly developing customer engines.

Lambretta engines are also revamped and tuned. In this area we also have a great experience and will be happy to advise you.

Engine adjust dynamometer

A tuning of ignition and carburettor of the desired engine completes the package. We have test frames for Vespa and Lambretta engines in which we can drive and match individual engines on our test rig.

Engine assembly Gilera Runner 180:

Gilera Runner 180 engine with PM cylinder, 35 mm Keihin carburettor, pipe design exhaust, inner rotor ignition.

Engine assembly Vespa T5:

Standard revision with special repair of the simmering seat crankshaft coupling side. Malossi 172 ccm cylinder and CNC cylinder head.

Engine assembly Vespa V50:

Glass bead-blasted motor housing with 136 ccm Malossi cylinder. BGM coupling and diaphragm lip shaft.

Engine assembly Vespa Quattrini 200:

Engine with 5 speed gearbox and Quattrini 200 ccm cylinder.

Engine assembly Vespa PX 200:

Original revision. Crankshaft fine-balanced.
