These ignitions have a variable ignition timing, i. E. an adjustment over the speed. Practically this means for the engine that the ignition in the stand gas (1000 to 1500 revolutions) starts at about 25 degrees and at nominal speed (say times 7000 revolutions) down to 17 degrees. The above statement is to be understood only schematically. The ignitions partly have a different adjustment range.
